Forms and Registration

Registration Procedure

All new campers are required to a have an interview with the camp director, either in person or by phone. A convenient appointment can be arranged by calling the camp office. After scheduling an appointment the following documents are required to be brought or sent to our office:

  • 1 passport size photo of child
  • Health Insurance or Medicaid Card of child and family
  • $500.00 deposit per child

Deposit & Payment

All tuition balances for the 1st session must be paid in full by May 15th and for the 2nd session by June 15th.
