Boys ages 7-16 years old may enroll in our general camper program. Camp L'man Achai is split into three divisions.

Junior Division for boys ages 7-9

Intermediate Division for boys ages 10-13

Senior Division for boys ages 14-16


If you wish to take advantage of our Early Bird rates for 2008:
1) You must register your child by March 16th, 2008.

Tuition must be paid in full by May 1st, 2008.

Camp staff will meet campers arriving by air travel at the arrivals level of LaGuardia Airport. Please send an itinerary to the camp office, with all the arrival and departure flight information. Campers should arrive at LaGuardia Airport between 8:30 am and 10:30 am on the first day of the session they are attending. Departures should be scheduled from LaGuardia Airport, between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm on the day their session ends. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office.

There is an additional fee of $85.00 for campers needing transportation from the airport.


Visitors are only allowed to visit camp on the following days.

Session 1 – Sunday July 13th, 2008


All new campers are required to a have an interview with the camp director, either in person or by phone. A convenient appointment can be arranged by calling the camp office. After scheduling an appointment the following documents are required to be brought or sent to our office:

2 passport size photos of child

Health Insurance or Medicaid Card of child and family

$500.00 deposit per child


Those who are requesting scholarship assistance must call our office for an appointment as soon as possible. A limited amount of scholarships are available. All those applying must complete a Summer Food Program Form (available online) and bring the following to their interview:

Proof of income (Tax return and recent pay stubs)

School tuition bill (If available)

Welfare or Food Stamp Card

Parent's Social Security Card


All tuition balances for the 1st session must be paid in full by June 1st and for the 2nd session by July 1st.
